Shipping
- Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
- International customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, import taxes or handling fees required by their country.
- If an order is refused, returned by customers, or the customer declines to pay duties, the cost of returning the parcel or any customs fees charged back to Embi Studios will be deducted from your refund.
- We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority for accurate information on any import duties or fees that may be payable on your order.
DELIVERY ISSUES OR DELAYS
- All delivery timeframes are provided by our trusted courier partners. While unexpected delays caused by customs, local postal services, weather conditions or third party handling are occasionally possible and outside of our control, our team will be on hand to support you and provide updates throughout the process.

PRE ORDERS
Pre-order items are made to order, exclusively to you and are not kept in our regular inventory. The estimated dispatch date for all pre-orders can be found in the item's product description.
Orders that contain both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once the pre-order piece is ready. If you'd like your in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place a separate order. Delivery timeframes apply from the moment your pre-order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.
Please note: Sale items and pre-ordered items are final and are not eligible for return, including items purchased during promotional sales. Promotional sales items may be exchanged or issued store credit only.
