Returns & Exchanges


We appreciate you for shopping with Embi Studios! We hope you're satisfied with your purchase. Should you require a return or exchange, please review our returns and exchanges policy for further details.

To request a return/exchange or store credit, please complete the form below.

Once you’ve sent your request, we’ll get in touch with you within 24 hours (or up to 48 hours during peak times) to discuss the returns process. 

All items must be returned unused, undamaged, and with their original labels intact; we reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these requirements.

Returns must be requested and completed within seven days of receipt, as per our policy; unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Embi Studios do not reimburse for shipping costs associated with returning items; for these returns, we suggest utilising local post office services. 

Retain the proof of postage, we recommend selecting a tracked service when returning your item(s). Embi Studios holds no accountability for returns sent without tracking, and does not provide any warranty for unsuccessful deliveries.

Exchanges are dispatched within 1-2 business days, and refunds will be completed in up to 14 business days of receiving your return. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your bank to process the transaction, you can also contact them for specific processing times since this may vary. If paying with PayPal, please allow up to 24 hours. 

One completed, your refund will be credited to the payment source utilised initially, and you’ll receive an email acknowledgment receipt of the refund. 

All sales are final; no returns permitted. However, promotional items purchased at a discounted price are eligible for exchange/store credit.

Pre-orders are based on customer demand, created and not stored in our inventory. You can cancel your pre-order up to 24 hours from time of purchase. Refunds are not offered for pre-ordered items, however, exchanges or gift cards are available as alternatives. 

in the event that a defective item or error in the order is received, please contact us at and include images of the issue. 

No duties, taxes, or custom fees are covered in relation to international shipments.
