Returns + Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Embi Studios. We want every piece to feel right in your wardrobe and even better on. If something isn't quite right, here's everything you need to know about our returns and exchanges process.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return, exchange, or store credit, please complete the form here. Once submitted, our team will be in touch within 24 hours — or up to 48 hours during busy periods — to guide you through the next steps.

Our Policy

All returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Free from marks, makeup, or any other signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags and labels attached

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions. Returns must be requested and completed within seven days of receipt; unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Please do not send a return without submitting a return request first, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Embi Studios cannot be held responsible for returns sent without tracking or for unsuccessful deliveries.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Your refund will be returned to your original payment method and we'll send you a confirmation email once it has been completed.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further few working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Want another size or style? Where stock is available we're happy to arrange an exchange.

Approved exchanges are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days once your return has been received and checked.

Sale & Promotional Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Promotional items purchased at a discounted price are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items are made to order and not held in stock. You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase.

As these are produced specifically for your order, the dispatch dates may have longer fulfillment times than our in-stock styles.

After this window, pre-orders are non-refundable; however, exchanges and gift cards are available as alternatives.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Something not right? Please contact us here as soon as possible with your order number and clear images of the issue.

If we've sent the wrong item or your item arrives faulty, we'll make it right.

International Orders

Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees for international shipments are not covered by Embi Studios.
