Free standard UK shipping on all orders over £150.
Next Working Day orders must be placed before 2pm GMT. Saturday Delivery orders must be placed before 12pm. Orders placed outside these times will be dispatched the following business day.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Orders are processed within 24 hours Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active. You'll receive your tracking number via email and/or SMS.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are outside our control. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.
Please note: if an order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, any return or customs costs will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery Issues & Delays
All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners. Occasional delays caused by customs, weather, or third-party handling are outside our control, but our team will keep you updated throughout. For any delivery issues, please contact us at support@embistudios.com.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made to order and not held in stock. The estimated dispatch date can be found on the product description page.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once the pre-order is ready. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order. Delivery timeframes apply from the dispatch date, not the order date.
Please note: pre-order items are final sale and not eligible for return. They may be exchanged or issued store credit only.
